Atlus announces new Persona games, confirms Persona 5

Atlus has just made some big announcements just moments ago during their special live stream Persona event. They just revealed 3 new games and an updated info in one of their upcoming Persona games.

First on the announcement was Persona Q: Shadow of The Labyrinth for the Nintendo 3DS, this RPG will feature characters from Persona 3 and 4 plus two new characters, all the characters will be in their chibi versions and the gameplay is somewhat similar to the original Persona 3 and 4 games but instead of having 3 characters in your party, it will now feature a 5-member party.

Persona Q: Shadow of The Labyrinth is scheduled to release in Japan on June 5, 2014.

Next was for the  follow up to their hit fighting game developed by Arc System Works, Persona 4: The Ultimax Ultra Suplex Hold, it was announced previously that it will feature 3 new characters; 2 from Persona 3 and one original character. A new feature was included where each characters will have their own Shadow variants.

It will be available on the arcades in Japan on November 28, 2013 and for the Playstation 3 next year.

Third on the list was rather a surprising announcement, Persona 4: Dancing All Night will be a dance rhythm game in collaboration iwth Dingo, the developers of  Hatsune Miku: Project Diva, it will be available for the PlayStation Vita in Fall of 2014

And finally, the most awaited announcement, Persona 5 was finally revealed. It will be directed by Katsura Hashino, Shigenori Soejima will be the Art Director and the music composed by Shoji Meguro. No detail information was mentioned but the game will be released for the PlayStation 3 on Winter of 2014.
