Released last year, award winning visual novel If My Heart Had Wings was made available for the PC platform. MoeNovel’s first production, If My Heart Had Wings is a refreshing yet bittersweet youthful story with elements of both romance and comedy. Taking place in a school town in the not-so-distant future, the main character and his female companions, drawn by the charm of a glider, rebuild the Soaring club to realize their dream of flying beyond the clouds.
With high quality visuals and cinematics, players are able to experience four different tales with various female characters based on the decisions they make within the story.
Moe Game Award
If My Heart Had Wings is a recipient of the Moe Game Award. An award title that is awarded to moe games released in Japan every year, there are numerous awards aside from the grand prize. Recipients of the awards are decided based on user votes and are subject to the judgment of the judges.
In 2012, the original version of If My Heart Had Wings managed to snag not only the first prize, but also the prizes for the best scenario, best BGM, and the best character design. Winner of categories that play the most important role in visual novels, If My Heart Had Wings managed to score the best Gold award there ever was.
