GAMEVIL has released their Q2 and first-half earnings for 2015. According to the report, GAMEVIL’s Q2 2015 revenue was 37.4B KRW (31.9M USD), operating profit was 200M KRW (170K USD), and net income was 5.3B KRW (4.5M USD). Revenue increased by 5% Q-Q and by 13% YOY. While operating profit decreased due to the expansion of marketing costs, net income increased with a boost in investment interest.

First-half revenue of 2015 was 73B KRW (62.1M USD), while operating profit was 1.8B KRW (1.5M USD) and net income was 10.5B KRW (8.5M USD), both of which are record-breaking numbers. International half-year revenue hit 40.9B KRW (34.8M USD), exceeding 40B KRW for the first time. International revenue from Q2 2015 was 23.6B KRW (20.1M USD), which also surged past 20B KRW for the first time.

GAMEVIL’s international growth derives from top titles like Dragon Blaze, Dungeon Link, and MLB Perfect Inning 15. All international offices have flourished, especially in Japan and Asia-Pacific regions where numbers have grown three times since the previous year. RPG, sports, and strategy games harness the company’s continual growth.

GAMEVIL will soon be launching ZENONIA S: Rifts in Time, Chromatic Souls, Nine Hearts, and Monster Picker in the worldwide market. As verified by the success of Kritika, titles like ArcheAge, Devilian, and Age of Storm will also carry on the success of publishing mobile versions of PC games. GAMEVIL will also extend an effort to develop in-house MMORPG titles. Additionally, Kritika: The White Knights, a particularly successful title in regions like Southeast Asia and South America, will be releasing in China during the second half of 2015.
