Square Enix adds another FF on the Android and iOS platforms as Mobius Final Fantasy is set for an international reveal.

The Japanese mobile hit Mobius Final Fantasy is finally set for the international audience as Square Enix reveals its official global release date. Adding to a very long line of Final Fantasy Mobile games released for audiences outside Japan, Mobius Final Fantasy follows the tale of a man as he searches for truth and memory in the land of Palametia. The game follows the typical FF RGP setting, with elements such as turn-based battles, diverse attack categories and even special abilities that are triggered by collected Elements during a battle.

In addition to its core gameplay, one prominent feature of Mobius Final Fantasy is its utilization of AAA-level graphics when on the highest in-game settings, one that Square Enix is truly proud of and says that it’s one of the attributes to the game’s success, however, the user-side may find it a bit of a downer, especially for those who still use older Android and iOS device models.

Mobius Final Fantasy will be out globally for both Android and iOS devices this coming August 3, 2016. A pre-registration promotion is also on-going via the eu.Square-Enix.com webpage, with tier rewards including Elixirs, Phoenix Downs, Summon Tickets and Tidus’ signature weapon the Brotherhood sword.
