The Philippine Toys, Hobbies and Collectibles Convention (better known as ToyCon) made a big blast for their Tenth Anniversary last June 18 and 19, as they occupied the whole 3 Megatrade Halls at the SM Megamall for their celebration, with more contest, toy booths, exhibits and cosplay for the fans to enjoy to the fullest. Each Halls have different functions so attendees will have no problem strolling at event and they will be able to find what they are actually looking for.

Hobby enthusiasts were all around the event, hunting for their sought out treasures around the ton of store booths Ā including from Wasabi Toys, Greattoys, Japanimation at Hall 1 that offered a huge collection of figures, model kits, toys and many more at a discounted price, there are also some cool merchandise from Bini Boshi Hats, The Keybie Cafe,Ā T-tees Shirts and Electromagnetic Tentacle.

In Hall 2, exhibits from different organizers and sponsors can be seen here, from the people at Pinoy Toy Kolektors where they showcase some of their best treasured collections, Ā a tournament for Super Street Fighter IV and Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 was organized byĀ Back2Gaming andĀ GameOps were held inside, you can get a chance to try Razer’s latest gamepad for the consoles and win prizes, otherĀ exhibitsĀ inside Hall 2 include from Maxicollector, Amped Games and many more. There was also a mini stage where panel discussions and band performance where held.

And at Hall 3, a giant stage was placed there for the cosplay competitions, from the individual contest on day 1, up to the group competition on day 2, a vacant area was held for cosplayers to gather and pose for pictures.

The event was so jam packed that the people even occupied outside, this probably because of the massive promotion from radios to televisions and the internet. But despite the crowded venue, the event was still a blast and probably the biggest and the best so far.

And they will definitely be back for their eleventh ToyCon next year.

Since this is a big milestone for ToyCon, the Reimaru Files Team made a special video during the said event, hope you enjoy this special video.
