BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Asia is proud to announce that SUPER ROBOT WARS OG THE MOON DWELLERS will be coming to Southeast Asia markets with English localization this 2016. For the first time, the SUPER ROBOT WARS series will come in Japanese voiceover with English subtitles, and it will be available exclusively across Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia. “SUPER ROBOT WARS OG THE MOON DWELLERS” will be playable on the PlayStation® 4 system.

STORYLINE

[Super Robot Wars] is a simulation RPG game that comprises of various robots across different anime series coming together against a common enemy. This latest series is released as an effort to commemorate the franchise 25th anniversary since its first series in 20th Apr 1991 as a Gameboy software titled [Super Robot Wars]. Amongst them [Super Robot Wars OG] which made up of original robot and characters is well received by fans as a game title itself. Over 90 game titles have been released till date (inclusion of smartphone app「X-Ω」, including Best titles) with the total sales figures recorded at 16,700,000 copies!

The latest title “SUPER ROBOT WARS OG THE MOON DWELLERS” is making its first debut as a PlayStation4 software. The game comes with [Beginner’s mode] and [Guidance scenario] which allows players who are new to this series to enjoy and pick up the basic gameplay.

The English localized Super Robot Wars OG THE MOON DWELLER will release for PlayStation 4 in 2016. Stay tuned for release information in the upcoming months.
