Play the Classic Saturday Afternoon Disney Cartoon Games Once Again

Capcom is bringing back its classic 8-bit Disney games.

If you’re a kid from the 90’s, you’re in for a treat as Capcom is bringing more nostalgia with the Disney Afternoon Collection, which will be available for the PC, PS4 and Xbox One. This new collection features classic NES games from popular Disney Afternoon cartoons such as DuckTales, Chip ‘N Dale: Rescue Rangers, Darkwing Duck and TaleSpin.

Six NES games will be included on the collection:

  • Chip ‘n Dale Rescue Rangers
  • Chip ‘n Dale Rescue Rangers 2
  • Darkwing Duck
  • DuckTales
  • DuckTales 2
  • TaleSpin

There will be new features to be added on each game including a Rewind function that lets you rewind back if you fall from a ledge or missed that platform and try an attempt again. There is also the Time Attack mode that lets you test yourself in completing levels with the fastest time, Boss Rush mode is also available where you can battle all the stage bosses in one sitting. And if you want to check some of the classic artworks from the series, you can browse from the sketch works, concept art, music player and more.

The Disney Afternoon Collection will be available on April 18.
