WEBZEN announced today the official launch of its new mobile strategy game, FIRST HERO in the US, Europe and Southern Asia.

FIRST HERO is a strategy game for the Android and iOS mobile platform, filled with history’s greatest figures. The aim of the game is to recruit a host of legendary heroes, from George Washington to Genghis Khan, and engage in strategic and epic battles with other players.

Players not only have the ability to upgrade their characters to build up the strength and prowess necessary for conquering their own domain, but are also able to earn Ranking Points through user vs. user and alliance vs. alliance battles to make it to the top for better ranking rewards.

Players can also engage in Boss fights and defeat them with their heroes and troops. Using diverse strategies will assure them a victory against various monsters with different difficulty levels.

Along with the global rollout, the latest version of the game includes a new hero ‘Saladin’, a new raid boss ‘Admiral Skeleton’ and new functions such as Hero Summon Store, Map Style Changes, User interface enhancement and Balance change, thus marking the end of the soft-launching phase.

FIRST HERO is now available for free download in the App Store and Google Play Store, and the game is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, and Chinese (Traditional).

To celebrate FIRST HERO’s official launch, WEBZEN is running various events to allow all gamers to acquire special rewards and extra bonuses, including log-in rewards, Legendary Hero Summon Rate Up Event, Royal Palace Level-up Event, Artifact Coin Event and Resource Pillage Event.
