Monster Hunter Rise Heading to Steam in Early 2022

The hunting action game MONSTER HUNTER RISE will be available on Steam on January 13, 2022! Pre-Order is available from today.

The Steam version of MONSTER HUNTER RISE does not only retain the unfettered hunting experience but also adds a variety of custom settings for different computer configurations, such as optimized graphics and keyboard & mouse operations.

The trial version will be released on Thursday, 14 October 14, 2021. Through this trial version, players can experience the free hunting actions and the unique customization features of the Steam version.

New Features in the Steam Version

4K Resolution  – You can adjust the image quality in the PC version by tweaking the resolution and framerate, and turn on high-quality textures to increase the level of visual detail.

Optimization through Graphics Options  – Select Advanced Graphics Settings to change more detailed settings and optimize the game to best suit your personal environment

Optimized Keyboard & Mouse Controls – In addition to regular gamepad controls, you can also use a keyboard & mouse. You can customize a variety of shortcuts for the keyboard as well.

Voice Chat – Use the Voice Chat feature to talk to other players in the same Lobby, and to coordinate more efficient strategies while on the hunt.

Ultrawide Display – In addition to the basic 16:9 screen ratio, the game can also be optimized for 21:9 ultrawide display to experience a higher level of immersion.

The game will contain all of the free downloadable content from the Nintendo Switch version up to the end of November, including various monsters. When the game is released, it will include all of the free downloadable content that has been released on the Nintendo Switch version up to the end of November 2021, including additional monsters and various new features. In other words, at the moment the Steam version is released, players can already challenge additional monsters such as Crimson Glow Valstrax and Chameleos, as well as event quests that can provide special rewards.

DEMO including Basic Training to Actual Hunting will be released on October 14

The Monster Hunter Rise demo will contain the basic training quests. Players can experience the fun of the game through 5 quests. Also, players can pick any of the 14 weapon types they like and challenge the quests that support up to 4 players in multiplayer. This game included the unfettered hunting actions and various customization features unique to the Steam version.
