Two brands will be releasing a set of Armored Core model kits and it’s a win-win for the AC fans.

This week’s Mecha Fridays is about the upcoming Armored Core model kits from Kotobukiya, Square Enix and Bandai Spirits, which some are expected to release next month from re-issues and completely new kits.

First off, we have the re-issues of classic Kotobukiya model kits ranging from different Armored Core titles.

Still with Kotobukiya, but this time they’ve partnered with Square Enix to bring the Armored Core mechs to the Structure Arts line. These are Square Enix’s smaller-scale model kits targeted for mecha units, they are released as a set or can be purchased individually, and unlike the other model kit lines, Structure Arts are unpainted, letting builders customize them with any kind of painting they like. Their previous release was for the Xenogears and Front Mission game series.

And finally, Bandai Spirits continues its release of Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon model kits under its 30 Minutes Missions line. This is Bandai Spirits new model kit line that is easier to build and has a ton of customization options from kitbashing and optional accessories, this also spawned different figure lines from 30 Minutes Sisters that features a mix of female characters with mecha accessories and 30 Minutes Fantasy that features fantasy-themed armored characters.
