Gameloft and hololive, one of the world’s leading VTuber agencies, announced a second collaboration that will see four of hololive’s most popular VTubers showcased in the legendary racing game, complete with livestreams and exclusive rewards for racers.
Kicking off on October 16th and running through November 13th, Asphalt Legends will play host to 4 of hololive’s most popular VTubers: Takanashi Kiara, IRyS, Kureiji Ollie, and Nerissa Ravencroft. Players will be able to take part in a time-limited 18-stage Spotlight Event, with the first 10 stages available as a free trial and each stage dedicated to one of the 4 showcased VTubers. Take on the competition and listen to the idol’s original voices as they announce the start of the race! As players take part in these races, they’ll also be able to unlock 8 all-new and exclusive hololive-themed emojis. For those looking to make a strong visual statement, the event will also make available 8 exclusive decals, with 2 themed after hololive and 6 inspired by the VTubers themselves.
To celebrate the collaboration, the 4 VTubers will be conducting special YouTube livestreams where they’ll jump into multiplayer races and give their audience direct impressions of the action from their own personal POV. hololive will also produce and release a new and exclusive Eurodance music video featuring Asphalt Legends gameplay and it will be made available on IRyS’ channel.
