SQUARE ENIX released the latest major update for FINAL FANTASY XIV Online Patch 7.4: Into the Mist. The patch brings new content for players to enjoy, including the continuation of the main scenario story, a new dungeon, battles to challenge, three new phantom jobs in Occult Crescent, a new PvP Frontline map and campaign, as well as UI updates and more.

Patch 7.4 also brings a hugely anticipated update to the glamour system, allowing players to change the appearance of their gear irrespective of class, job or level restrictions, aside from weapons and tools*. The update opens up a world of fashion options for Warriors of Light who want to mix and match customized outfits like never before, for wherever their adventure takes them.

Another highlight of the update is the grand finale of the popular Arcadion raid series starting with today’s release of the Heavyweight Division, with the more challenging Savage mode arriving Jan. 6. As part of the “AAC Heavyweight M4” and “AAC Heavyweight M4 (Savage)” raid encounters, a new track, titled “Everything Burns” by Grammy Award-winning artist Tom Morello (Rage Against the Machine, Audioslave, Prophets of Rage) featuring Caleb Shomo (Beartooth) is set to feature on Tom Morello’s new album. The track will also be available as a standalone single on Wednesday, Dec. 17.
