Bandai Namco Entertainment Asia announced the addition of new playable characters in Season 3 for TEKKEN 8 together with details on the 2nd Anniversary Campaign. Confirmed for release on February 10, 2026, Season 3 Pass introduces Kunimitsu, Bob, Roger Jr. and a fourth character together with new stages.
The Early Access period for Season 3 Pass has been extended to 120 hours instead of the 72 hours from Season 1 and 2, giving players who purchased Season 3 Pass a longer and more thorough look at the new characters and other content. Additionally, upon purchase of the Season 3 Pass, players will be able to immediately acquire the limited-edition customisation item, “Aurora Outfit Pack”, for use by all characters, including the new characters.

Major Update Details
A major update is planned for Season 3 between March and April! The primary content of the update data Ver. 3.00, provisionally scheduled for March 17 has been unveiled.
- Release of battle balance adjustments and the “TEKKEN Dev Feedback Portal (β-version)”
- Improvements in online ranking resets and matching logic
- Addition of new functionality and improvements to existing functionality
- Release of new items to the TEKKEN FIGHT PASS and TEKKEN SHOP, and implementation of sales
TEKKEN World Tour 2026 Confirmed
The qualifying circuit for TEKKEN World Tour 2026 will begin with the Tokyo round, held between 1 May and 3 May 2026, during EVO Japan 2026, and will continue until November 2026.
TEKKEN 8 2nd Anniversary Campaign

These four packs contain special 2nd anniversary player customisation items for all characters released up to and including Season 2 (excluding Clive). The four packs will be released consecutively, one each week between Week 2 and Week 5 of the campaign (17 February to 16 March).
