Bounty Hounds Online Philippines (BHO), Level Up!’s newest free-to-play, sci-fi MMORPG (Massively Multi-player Role-playing Game) is now on Open Beta stage. Developed by XPEC Entertainment and Bandai Namco; and published in the Philippines by Playweb Games, BHO takes gamers to a dangerous and action-packed adventure as mercenaries in Clear Sky planet. They will fight off aliens and compete with other bounty hunters for control over the human settlements of this new world.
A key feature of the game is the ability to keep a “pet” known in the game as a Combat Tactical Unit (CTU) – a highly-advanced sentient life form, which has the ability to transform into a battle machine. Players can customize, evolve, upgrade and level up their CTUs to complement their fighting style.
“We’re really excited about the open beta release of BHO in thePhilippines, as we believe this game answers the Filipino gaming community’s hunger for a quality MMORPG set in a futuristic world,” says Ryan Sacares, Brand Group Head for Playweb Games.
“Aside from awesome graphics and great game features, BHO gamers can expect more community activities such as our nationwide café tour, and in the future, competition at Level Up! Live,” Sacares adds.
Other features include a ranking system, mercenary or achievement cards, PVP (Player Versus Player) and guild system. BHO is based on Bounty Hounds, the popular PSP game also developed by XPEC Entertainment and published by Bandai Namco.
Gamers can play BHO for free just by signing up for an account at www.bountyhounds.ph. For updates on the game, players are encouraged to like the official BHP Facebook page at http://facebook.com/bountyhoundsph.
