The Awesome Movies of 2013

Most of us are movie enthusiasts all anticipating a certain movie this 2013. But there’s not just one that will certainly be blockbuster hits starting in the next few days. Here is Reimarufile’s Top 10 most anticipated big screen movies of 2013:

 

1) Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters

Making a twist in the classic tale of the Brothers Grimm, this siblings are way bad-ass than what was told in the fairytale. Starring action star Jeremy Renner and the hot Gemma Artenton, this movie will start out the year just right!

 

2) Hangover III

It’s no party when these guys aren’t around! The hilarious adventures of drunk friends Phil, Stu, Doug, Alan and let’s not forget, Mr. Chow! Hangover III will surely be another movie that will cause a hangover of laughter and craziness to its viewers.

 

3) Despicable Me 3

Finally, Universal Pictures releases the Minions for a second time around! Prepare to die from the cuteness of these little yellow creatures the second installment of Despicable Me coming out this July. *Ba-na-naaaa! Po-ta-to-na-aah!*

 

4) Iron Man 3

Probably the biggest and most anticipated movie of this year, the Genius/Billionaire/Playboy/Philanthropist Tony Stark is back in the third installment of Marvel Comic’s the “Iron Man”. Words are needless for this movie, so just watch the trailer and wait for summer!

 

5) World War Z

Another apocalyptic movie lets the dead walk (and or runs and climbs building and stuff) in this novel-turned-movie by author and screenplay writer Max Brooks. World War Z is due to be released on June this year starring Brad Pitt.

 

6) The Wolverine

X-Men’s popular superhero—Wolverine is re-lived as this second movie has been created concentrated on this character. Despite that, this movie is intended to be the sixth installment in the X-Men film series and is said to come out on June (although there have been little promotions, insights and still no trailers released up to this point).

 

7) GI Joe: Retaliation

The Joe’s unite and introduces a new set of heroes: Expect Roadblock (Dwayne Johnson), Snake Eyes (Ray Park), Joe Colton (Bruce Willis) himself, and Capt. Duke Hauser (Channing Tatum) team up to bring some pure and good action scenes to settle the score with arch-enemies Cobra Commando, Storm Shadow, Zartan and a lot more.

8) Thor: The Dark World

After the events that transpired in The Avengers movie,  Thor continues to battle and protect the Nine Realms from vengeful Malekith and his army of dark elves. The second installment of Asgard’s God of Thunder is set to come out late this year.

 

9) 300: Rise of An Empire

After the success of the 2007 movie “300”, this upcoming prequel focuses on Themestocles, a Greek warrior who battles the invading army of Persians under the mortal-turned-god, Xerxes. Expect to see a lot of action, blood and 6-pack abs by August!

 

10) Man of Steel

The hot Henry Cavill stars as the latest Superman a.k.a. Clark Kent in the latest installment of DC Comic’s most famous superhero. Let’s just see how he’ll depict this character and embed his name in history as either the best Superman actor, or is just one of those who will be replaced again after?
