Last November 12^th, 2013, the Commencement Ceremony for the KTC Group, a giant global OEM maker of TV sets, was held at the KTC Huizhou New Industrial Park. CPC Party Secretary Zahong from the Zhongkai District Committee, along with director Yang from the Management Committee and relevant leaders of Huizhou arrived at the ceremony. Ling Bin, President of KTC, attended the ceremony along with the company’s management as well.

Shenzhen KTC Technology Group, founded in 1993, is a state-level high-tech enterprise integrating development, manufacturing and sales of flat panel display products. Based on its professional skills, strong research capabilities, perfect quality assurance and outstanding customer service capacity; it has become one of the Top 100 Electronic Information Enterprises in China despite fierce competition in the present market. The New Flat Panel Display Project of the KTC Huizhou Industrial Park covers a site area of 210,000m² and a gross floor area of 340,000m². Currently, it manufactures complete sets, mainboards, power supplies, modules, backlights, and light strips, among other components. All of which are independently designed by KTC. In Phase I of the project, two light guide film production lines, three LCD TV BLU production lines, eight SMT production lines, ten automatic plug-in production lines and eight complete set assembly lines have been constructed. All equipment and devices in the workshops of Huizhou Industrial Park are the latest products purchased from globally well-known equipment manufacturers like Samsung.

Most KTC workshops adopt a closed, dust-free environment, to ensure the high quality of products from the source. The automatic three-dimensional line for TV sets independently designed by KTC is a highlight of the entire industrial park: seamless connection of different lines on each floor is realized via automatic conveyor belts; modular screens produced by the BLU production lines on the second floor are directly conveyed to the complete TV set assembly lines on the third floor; after assembly, the products are immediately conveyed to the complete set packaging lines on the second floor; after packaging, the products are conveyed to the warehouse on the first floor. The automatic three-dimensional line realizes a fully seamless connection between procedures, which directly cuts down the manual manufacturing costs and greatly improves production efficiency. The KTC Huizhou Industrial Park will be dedicated to the manufacturing of flat panel TV sets and LCDs. When the project is completed, the total complete set production capacity of the KTC Group should reach 10,000,000 sets per year.

After the KTC Huizhou New Industrial Park is put into production, the development of the KTC Group will be further revitalized and will strive for new milestones.
