Razer, the world leader in entertainment devices and software and one of the world’s pioneering supporters of eSports, is pleased to welcome Kun Xian Ho “Xian” and Ghim Kee Eng “Gackt” to Team Razer. As part of Razer’s commitment to promote the fighting game scene in the region, this partnership will afford the two gaming pros full support for international tournaments.

Hailing from Singapore, Xian and Gackt have been solid contenders in the fighting game scene and are renowned for their outstanding dedication and technical skills. Since Xian’s international debut at DreamHack Winter 2009, he has proven himself a force to be reckoned with, amassing championship titles in EVO 2013, CEO 2013, Red Fight District 2, and wins Ultimate Marvel VS Capcom 3 and King of Fighters XIII at Shadowloo Showdown 2013.

Gackt, on the other hand, made his first appearance at EVO 2011 after winning the Singapore Qualifiers for Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition. After a year of intense training and hard work, he proved himself worthy as an international contender at the Capcom Cup Asia Finals for Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition v2012, where he beat some of the world’s top players.

“Xian and Gackt are stellar examples of players that we want on Team Razer,” said Min-Liang Tan, Razer co-founder, CEO and creative director. “They have achieved remarkable results already in their budding careers, and they will certainly continue to grow as great assets to the fighting scene internationally”

“We are definitely honored to be part of Team Razer,” said Xian. “Razer’s involvement in our professional gaming lives will place both of us on a global level and we just can’t wait to make Singapore and all of Razer around the world proud.”

Xian and Gackt will be in good company with fellow Razer teammates, Japanese fighting legends and Super Street Fighter IV stars Keita “Fuudo” Ai and Hiromiki “Itazan” Kumada who joined last year and assisted with the development of the Razer Arcade Stick.
