Every gamer has their favorite gaming soundtrack, some of them even made their own rendition. But one guy took it to the next level and used old floppy drives to compose them.

MrSolidSnake745 started using floppy drives to compose the music, he uses the stepper motors from the floppy drives to generate pitches, then he tries to arrange these pitches to form a music. On his early works, he used 3 floppy drives, now he is using up to 16 drives to compose songs.

You can check out some of his best works which include songs from Final Fantasy, Mega Man and Super Mario Bros.

You can check out the rest of the works by visiting MrSolidSnake745’s channel.
