This Transformer set will make you shred metal and rock hard.

Imagine your dream band consists of Optimus Prime, Jazz, Megatron and Soundwave all in 80’s heavy metal get up, well that’s what Hasbro have in mind. As a celebration for the 30th Anniversary of the Transformers franchise, Hasbro will be releasing the Knights of Unicron set and this be available at the San Diego Comic-Con this coming weekend, and soon on Hasbro’s online store.

The set will include four transformers (Fall of Cybertron Optimus Prime & Jazz and War for Cybertron Megatron & Soundwave), all with 80’s Hair Metal decals and other accessories (wigs, microphones and armbands). They will also have Laserbeak and Ratbat that can transform into electric guitar and keyboard guitar.

And there’s more, the packaging box is designed as a concert roadie case, which include other freebies like special edition posters, stickers, a concert ticket, All-Access VIP pass, and tell-all history booklet, plus album art inspired by KISS, Iron Maiden and Spinal Tap.

The Transformers Knights of Unicron will be available for $185 at San Diego Comic-Con.
