With the release of Diablo III Ultimate Evil Edition for the consoles, it’s time to compare both the PC version and the new gen consoles.

Youtube Channel DigitalFoundry made a series of video comparison of the Ultimate Evil Edition for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, with both almost having the same framerate as well as the visual quality. Then each where compared to the PC version of the Reaper of Souls; the latest expansion of Diablo III, and surprisingly both have the same quality in terms of detail.

Previously the group made a comparison for the PS3 and Xbox 360 with the PC version and there were some slight differences on the visual detail but can still run at 60 frames per second.

So if players who will be buying the game for the first time might consider buying the console version will not not worry much if the game will run smoothly on the consoles as these can go toe-to-toe with the PC counterpart in terms of visuals, but if your are worried on having poor internet connection or you just don’t want to play a single player game with constant internet connection requirement, then you should really opt for the console version.
