Qihoo 360 and Asiasoft Announce Partnership in Southeast Asia

Qihoo 360 Technology Co., Ltd. (“Qihoo 360” or the “Company”), China’s largest Internet security service provider, and Asiasoft Corporation Public Company Limited (“Asiasoft”), a leading regional online entertainment service provider in Southeast Asia (“SEA”), announced at the 11th China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit that the two companies have entered into a strategic partnership to provide free Internet security solutions to users in the SEA region.

Under the terms of the agreement, Qihoo 360 will combine its unique technical expertise and significant experience in product development, together with Asiasoft’s extensive marketing resources and networks, to provide full-scale, high quality mobile products and services to Internet users in SEA.
