After the info was leaked, Square Enix decided to formally reveal the newest game with an announcement trailer.

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided; the sequel to Deus Ex: Human Revolution was leaked at NeoGAF, showing some images and information about the upcoming title. The leak was confirmed with the reveal of the May issue cover of Game Informer, this was followed by the reveal trailer from the official Deus Ex Youtube channel.

Mankind Divided will be developed by Eidos Montreal, and will be available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC (which now supports DirectX 12). The game will take place two years after events in Human Revolution where the world now fears and despises transhumans. Adam Jensen will return as the main protagonist in the game, he will be working with a task force funded by Interpol to hunt down augmented terrorists.

Jensen will have new cybernetic augmentations that will improve his combat and stealth abilities, some of this include shooting his nano blade, deflecting bullets, using x-ray vision to see through smoke, remote hacking electronics and the ability to activate a nanoshield to surround himself. You can also augment your weapons with enhancements such as scopes, silencers and ammo types that will be suitable for your type of approach; whether you go for stealth or all-out action. It was also mentioned that Mankind Divided will be more open world, allowing gamers to choose a specific path to progress.

No release date has been mentioned but expect Deus Ex: Mankind Divided to be available on the PS4, Xbox One and PC
