Nintendo NX might just be a home console

Reggie Fils-Aime spills out a few beans regarding Nintendo’s next platform.

Reggie-Fils-Aime

In a Q&A Session with the Wall Street Journal with Nintendo NA’s CEO, Reggie Fils-Aime gave out what is treated as the biggest hint towards the Nintendo NX, Nintendo’s next development project. In the interview, Reggie states that:

We’ve also said publicly that we are already hard at work on our next home console and that’s another element we’ll be talking about much later.

The statement alone may have just settled the debate among fans as to what specific platform Nintendo NX might be, just last month Nintendo Global CEO, Satoru Iwata also stated that the Nintendo NX will be “a dedicated video game platform with a brand new concept”. It is interesting to note that this hint from Nintendo may just be the most interesting thing that they have done so far and hopefully ease up the disappointment of their fans with their E3 presentation.
