Battle Chasers: Nightwar, the RPG title based on Battle Chasers comic now up on Kickstarter

Former Vigil Games devs team up in this upcoming Japanese-style RPG title.

Airship Syndicate, a new indie-game dev studio put up together by Vigil Games founders Joe Madureira and  Ryan Stefanelli present their new game title Battle Chasers: Nightwar a turn-based RPG based on the comic book series Battle Chasers.

Mixing elements from Turn-based combat and Japanese-style RPG titles, Battle Chasers: Nightwar will continue the story of the Battle Chasers comic series, featuring 5 playable characters, and randomly generated dungeons. The game also features a non-linear storyline with key moments depicted in 2D animated scenes.

Battle Chasers: Nightwar is set for release this coming December 2016, in addition to the continuation of the Battle Chasers comic book series, also planned for release together with the game. This upcoming game title is slated for PC and Mac, with a console port also planned for Xbox One and PS4, potential backers can also pledge their support via Kickstarter by visiting the Battle Chasers: Nightwar Kickstarter page.
