PLDT teams up with Sony PlayStation to launch a new bundle offer for their PLDT Home Fibr promo.

A special team-up has just happened yesterday at the Museum Cafe in Greenbelt, Makati as Telecommunications giant PLDT made a partnership with console giant PlayStation for PLDT’s latest promotion for their new Home Fibr internet. The said promotion will include a PlayStation 4 console on the bundle for new Home Fibr subscribers for an additional PhP 749 per month on their month bill within a 36-month period. They will also be able to own the upcoming Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End game once it becomes available on May 10 for an additional PhP 100 per month.

PLDT has been partnering with other digital brands such as iFlix, Fox Entertainment Channel, Microsoft and Intel in bringing digital channels and content to Filipino consumers. PLDT VP and Home Marketing Director Gary Dujali has mentioned, “Last year, we raised the bar for home entertainment with our compelling product and multimedia content portfolio. This year, we’re bringing gaming into the fold and leveling up the experience for our subscribers by empowering them to enjoy ultimate gaming at home. President and Managing Director of Sony Philippines Nobuyoshi Otake has also expressed his anticipation with the partnership, he said. “We’re thrilled to be working with a like-minded digital leader like PLDT HOME.”

Both executives and Sony PlayStation Singapore Head of Product Marketing were present during the press conference for the partnership. The event also featured the live streaming of the Final Fantasy XV Uncovered stream event which reveals more information for the upcoming Final Fantasy game, including the release date.
