In a surprising turn of events, media giant Disney has announced the 2 final retail releases for their massive sandbox title, Disney Infinity. In a blog post made John Blackburn, SVP and GM of Disney Infinity, the 2 final releases will include characters from the upcoming films, Alice Through the Looking Glass and Finding Dory, with both the former releasing later this month, and the latter to be released in June. Blackburn also states that even with the production and development already reaching its end, the game has reached its goal of bringing “the best of Disney storytelling to life in homes around the world”.

Even with the final retail releases, fans can still play Disney Infinity and collect its playsets that include characters from popular films, produced or distributed by Disney such as Toy StoryThe Incredibles, Monsters Inc.Pirates of the CaribbeanThe Avengers, and many others.
