Along with all its current DLCs.
Just a few hours ago Koei Tecmo announced on twitter that it will be releasing one of its most popular titles, Nioh, on PC. It already has a page on Steam. The official statement is shown below.
#Nioh is finally coming to PC Steam on November 7th, 2017 as Nioh: Complete Edition (Includes base game and all 3 DLC) #KTfamily #DefyDeath pic.twitter.com/kidwt6Hkx6

So far what we know is that:
1. It will be available Nov 7, 2017.
2. All DLC will be included upon purchase.
3. A helmet with a valve on it will be included as a bonus (because it’s on Steam.)
While Koei Tecmo is known to have subpar ports to PC because of lack graphical options as well as keyboard and mouse support. However word seems to be getting around that they are answering these issues directly with this release by including a ‘cinematic mode.’ This mode is said to be featuring 4k resolution and 60 fps, the current benchmark numbers that boasts PC graphical superiority in the realm of gaming. We have yet to confirm this as they have not explicitly stated this on their product page or their website, so here’s to hoping. As fans of the game are certainly open to giving this hit title the 4k treatment.
