The Wargaming.net League is excited to announce the Final Battle, a global eSports tournament that will take place at WG Fest, a massive community event hosted in Moscow, December 23. The Final Battle is one of the crowning jewels in Wargaming’s eSports calendar, which runs during the WGL’s Extended Season 2017.

This tournament will see 12 elite teams from every region fight for tank supremacy. Two teams from APAC, two from NA, three from the EU, three from the CIS, and two from China will lock horns in a round-robin tournament first, followed by the quarter- and semi-finals in a single elimination tournament structure.

The Final Battle of WGL’s Extended Season 2017, which started this month, kicks off in December and will run in two phases. The five days of playoffs (December 13–17) will narrow down the list of teams and determine who will meet in the final match held at WG Fest (December 23). Both playoffs and the final rounds will be held at Moscow’s Expocenter.

With $300,000 up for grabs, tankers will have to bring their A game to leave Moscow with their chunk of the prize pool.

Fans can follow the WGL’s Extended Season to support their favourite teams and be the first to find out who will claim the title of Extended Season World Champions atwgleague.net (APAC, NA and EU) and wgleague.ru (WGL CIS).

All the action can be followed on streaming services:
