Also, the Collector’s Edition actually includes the game!

Bandai Namco’s newest IP, which is sort of a cross between Dark Souls and anime, finally gets a release date a year after its initial announcement. Garnering mass attention for its look and feel, Code Vein was described to be a “dungeon exploration-type, hard action RPG” and is developed by the people behind the Gods Eater series.

Initially set to be released for the PS4, Code Vein will also be made available to Windows PC and Xbox One users this coming September although no news yet if the game will also be ported or be heading towards the Nintendo Switch. Together with the announcement of the release date, Bandai Namco also unveiled the game’s Collector’s Edition bundle for the PS4 which, surprise, comes with an actual copy of the game!

Code Vein will be available worldwide for the PS4, Xbox One and Windows PC (via Steam) platforms this coming September 28, 2018.
