Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League – Philippines Returns for Season Four

The Filipino legends’ quest towards being immortalized in the annals of Land of Dawn continues anew as the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League, the largest mobile esports league in Southeast Asia, returns to the Philippines for a much-awaited fourth season.

After three successful seasons, the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League – Philippines developed into a medium where players can establish their legacies and storylines. The league’s most loyal fans are witnesses to this high-level esports experience. As the tournament enters a new season, it bears with it no longer just pros-in-the-making but fully-fledged legends.

The MPL-PH Season 4 will kick off with a two-day online qualifier for all hopefuls all over the country. The survivors of this tournament phase will then proceed to the offline qualifiers where two of the best squads will be rewarded with a ticket to compete in the regular season alongside the top eight placers of the MPL-PH Season 3—SGD Omega, Execration, No Limit, Ownage, EVOS PH, Cignal Ultra, Bren Esports, and of course, the defending champions, ArkAngel.

 

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE

  • Registration: July 19-22, 2019
  • Online Qualifiers: July 24-25, 2019
  • Main Qualifiers: July 27-28, 2019
  • Regular Season: August 10-September 15, 2019
  • Playoffs: October 4-6, 2019

After the six-weekend regular season, the MPL-PH Season 4’s top eight will advance to the playoffs to determine which team will go home with the lion’s share of the $100,000 prize pool and will rightfully earn the coveted MPL-PH grand championship title. The MPL-PH Season 4 playoffs will be held at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.

 

PRIZE POOL BREAKDOWN

  • Champion: $25,000
  • Second Place: $13,000
  • Third Place: $6,000
  • Fourth Place: $4,000
  • 5th-6th Place: $2000 each
  • 7th-8th Place: $1000 each
