Warner TV Pop Expo is getting even bigger, bolder and braver.

You read it right…Warner TV Pop Expo is poppin’ for the third time! On Sunday, November 17, Warner TV is taking geek culture to the streets of Eastwood City Open Park and Central Plaza. Entry is absolutely free.

Warner TV Pop Expo has become one of the most anticipated events in the Philippines yearly as it created a common ground for Filipinos to celebrate pop culture. In 2018, more than 10,000 enthusiasts and fans assembled from the various worlds of comics, art, coffee, gaming, TV, cosplay, tech and DIY.

“After two very successful runs of Warner TV Pop Expo, it’s time to be even braver and bolder. It is just right to bring geek culture to the streets together with our friends and family. This year’s theme is all about voicing our inner heroism to reach our full potential. You’re going to love it,” enthuses Jia Salindong-Du, Country Manager of WarnerMedia Entertainment Networks in the Philippines.

Rally your friends and come dressed as your favorite hero! From art to music, talks to games and activities, there’s plenty to enjoy. Making a comeback will be the Artist Alley, Maker Center as well as The Heroic Training Grounds where heroes are born. Measure your endurance and see just what it takes through physical games such as Arrow-inspired “Archery Attack”, Swordplay and Shooting Range.

Test your knowledge on facts and let’s see how well you know Sheldon Cooper from The Big Bang Theory and Young Sheldon. Channel your inner-Monica and bring the rest of your barkada over to celebrate the 25th anniversary with a “We Are F.R.I.E.N.D.S.” interactive photo area. Did we mention that it features the iconic couch from Central Perk shipped in from the U.S.?

And as the Caped Crusader celebrates his 80th anniversary, don’t miss the “Batman-By-Us” interactive graffiti exhibit where expo-goers will be able to get creative in this awesome surprise.

Zoinks! Everyone’s fave ghost-hunting dog, Scooby-Doo, is also celebrating a milestone birthday this year, although he doesn’t look a day over 50. Together with special guests from Cartoon Network’s We Bare Bears and The Powerpuff Girls, there’ll be plenty of cute photo ops.

Tons of on-stage activities and board games will test your geekiness. And outstanding performances from some of the country’s biggest musical acts are scheduled throughout the day.

And because you asked for it, Warner TV is bringing the Pop Talks to the main stage so that everyone can attend and learn. Speakers will be announced soon so stay tuned.

If that isn’t enough, a lucky few will also have the chance to take home some exclusive goodies. Don’t miss the biggest, boldest and bravest geek culture expo of the year.
