OBT2 for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Windows, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and Steam versions of “EXOPRIMAL” (scheduled to be released on 14 July, 2023 and players who joined Xbox Game Pass can play from the first day of release) will be available from 16 June 2023, 12:00 AM (UTC) – 18 June 2023, 11:59 PM (UTC).


The open beta test held in March 2023 focused on testing cross-matching. For this second open beta test (OBT2), with new content featuring the story opening, story-related missions, and 10-player co-op missions. Capcom has also made tweaks to the game putting the feedback from the first open beta in consideration! Experience enhanced content and prepare for the release of EXOPRIMAL! Join the OBT2 and answer a survey to get a download code for the Flash (Zephyr) Exosuit Skin that you can use in the retail version of the game. Let’s blast some dinos!

New Game Mode: Savage Gauntlet

Take on special 5-person missions, competing against exofighters across the globe for the fastest clear time! With different rules every week, this mode offers a different type of challenge from Dino Survival.
As end-game content, the difficulty of Savage Gauntlet missions is on the upper end of the spectrum.Repeated playthroughs can help you discover the optimal tactics for each mission. The more you play, the higher you can climb the ranks!
Post-Release Content
Title Update 1 is scheduled to be released around a month after launch, and will include 10 variant suits. From there, title updates will be implemented with every new season, approximately three months apart. Please keep an eye out for the roadmap and additional details in a future update. These updates will ideally include new suits, missions, and maps.
New Loadouts
The weapons equipped to these suits sport different attributes from your default exosuits, changing up the way you handle yourself in battle. Make good use of your default suits and their variants to survive the various unpredictable scenarios the wargames might throw at you.
Deadeye α: Burst Fire

This Deadeye features a shotgun with a short-range spread that switches to a five-shot burst when aiming down the sights. This pair of mechanisms offers ways to attack the enemy from any distance!
Capcom Collab 1: Street Fighter 6

Our first Capcom Collab with Street Fighter 6 is slated to release its first set of collaborative content in Fall 2023! Be sure to check it out for Exosuit Skins paying homage to the likes of Ryu and Guile, Hadoken emotes, and much more!
