PokeCon PH 2024 is a three-day celebration for Trainers! Look forward to the exciting Pokemon celebration for the community by the community on September 6-8 at Ayala Mall Market Market! This three-day event will be unforgettable and will be a big bash for all Pokemon fans in the Philippines as it will host a lot of activities for the trainers!
Pre-Event Excitement
The three main pre-show makers of excitement will be the Pokemon Unite Philippines Community Masters 8 tournament which will determine the best team in the community. It will happen on August 31 and September 1 on Aces and Draco Entertainment Facebook Page. And the Blasting Off Together and Hyper voice Podcast hosted by Mandy Nyu Nyu and Shiro. These pre-events will build up to the amazing event of gathering trainers and will be prepared and hype everyone up. Lastly. the PokeCon Cup for the Video Game Championship (VGC) will take place on Aug 31 at Hobby Stadium – this will determine the players that will qualify for the semi-finals that will be held on Sep 7 at PokeCon PH 2024!
Fan-tastic Finds
The PokeCon PH 2024 has therefore planned the management of an engaging spectrum of activities to fit all fans. The participants of the PokeCon PH Art and Merch Exhibitors are fun and creative in their artwork and fan-arts of Pokemon that can be bought by the trainers who will attend the event.
PokeCon Talks: Building Community Through Pokemon
Let’s explore the development of the Pokemon community through the years and cultivate close-knit bonds with other franchises in the Philippines with GeektalkPH. And of course, let us introduce the Philippine representatives of Pokemon World Championship 2024. They will share their stories representing the country on the international level. They will be able to talk about the problems they met and the achievements they fought for, and the experience of participation in the tournaments will affect the local community of Pokemon trainers.
A trainer’s triumph
There will also be a Cosplay Competition, not just for people but also for our fur friends, and this will be a testament to the enthusiasm of the Pokemon Philippines community.
Before the Pokecon starts we’ll be able to see the best team in Pokemon Unite Philippines through the Pre-event show but in the Video Game Championship (VGC), Trading Card Game (TCG), and Pokemon Go tournaments (Great Battle League and Catchathon); the competitive trainers can challenge their opponents to test who will be the best like no one ever was on the event itself! There’s also something for those who are very knowledgeable in Pokemon trivia and facts – the Pokemon Trivia Competition (Battle Royale and Triple Tag Team). Beautiful trophies and cash prizes are waiting for the winners of Pokemon Unite, Pokecon Cup VGC and TCG, GO PVP, Trivia Sole Winner, and Cosplay Competition.
Become the very best…attendee
Enthusiasts get a chance to showcase their artistry or their testimonials through the PokeCon PH’s Doodle Wall. For those who want to take the shot of a lifetime – of a Pikachu or any other Pokemon – then the lesson on how to take PokeSnap photography pictures will be more than informative (shared on the community’s Facebook page). Pokemon Trivia Competition as the name suggests will act as a test where trainers will be required to answer questions related to the Pokemon franchise. The Bring Your Pokemon Plushie activity – our IRL adaptation of how ribbons are distributed in video games – on the other hand will be fun and friendly and will make people remember their childhood. Lastly, the Pokemon Unite Ph Community will acknowledge the best players and teams through the community awarding section.
