Play The Dew Dew Dew by Mountain Dew is taking over the gaming world, and there’s no muting the fun! After launching a series of gameplay trailers featuring a simulated racing game (Chase the Adventure 3), a zombie shooter (Thirst 4 Terror), and a fighting game (King of the Mountain), Mountain Dew has sparked a hilarious new trend where gamers replace their game’s sound effects with the unmistakable “Dew, Dew, Dew!”. Top gaming creators are joining the hype, bringing their own spin to the movement.

Some of the big names in gaming, led by ChooxTV, took up the challenge, dubbing his own Mobile Legends gameplay with the iconic Dew, Dew, Dew sound.

His content instantly prompted others and inspired others like RBEH, Kalbz, Nikki Nikki. Leny Ming and Fallen Sanity to try it out for themselves.

Bernard Cheng, Chief Marketing Officer of Asia Beverages at PepsiCo. “Mountain Dew has always been the drink of choice for gamers, and with the Play the Dew Campaign, we’re proving just how deeply connected we are to the community. Seeing our DEWds and everyday gamers turn their favorite games into something even more entertaining with the Dew sound is exactly what Mountain Dew is all about.”

Play The Dew Dew Dew is the latest integration in Mountain Dew’s multi-awarded Play the Dew campaign, which earned a Cannes Lion, as well as gold wins at the 2024 ONE Asia Creative Awards and the London International Awards. Mountain Dew continues to fuel players with bold energy, not just in their gameplay, but in the very sounds that bring their favorite games to life. And as more gamers hop on the trend, one thing is clear, once you hear Dew, Dew, Dew, you can’t unhear it – proving that when you play the game, you also play the Dew.
