Pokémon Champions is now available to download for free on mobile devices in addition to the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 consoles, bringing fast-paced, competitive Pokémon battles straight to players wherever they are.

A free update is available for Pokémon Champions on Nintendo Switch 2.
When playing on Nintendo Switch 2, you’ll be able to enjoy Pokémon Champions with even clearer graphics.
Note: You will need to connect to the internet and download the latest update data (available at no cost).
From today until Wednesday, September 2, 2026, a special in-game campaign featuring Raichu begins. Players in both the mobile app and Nintendo Switch versions of the game can receive Raichu, Raichunite X, and Raichunite Y by checking their in-game mailbox. Players will be able to Mega Evolve Raichu into Mega Raichu X and Mega Raichu Y using the newly introduced Mega Stones.
