Bandai Namco Entertainment Asia has revealed the first details of the paid DLC, Mask of Idris, for its dramatic exploration action RPG, CODE VEIN II, currently available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
Alongside the DLC announcement, the company has unveiled new visuals and introduced additional characters, offering fans a closer look at the next chapter of the game’s world. A free update will also be released alongside the paid DLC, with more details provided below.

Many worlds that vanished due to historical alterations…Set in the “Wasted World,” where the passions of those who lived there converge, this story depicts another battle to save the world, featuring exploration with new characters.

Play Requirements for Expansion DLC ‘Mask of Idris’
To play the Expansion DLC ‘Mask of Idris’, you must meet the following conditions:
- Viewed the “Luna Fraterna” ending.
- Progressed “Request from a Friend: Valentin” up to a specific timing. (Specifically, cleared the quest “Discuss with Valentin: MagMell Island’s Book.”)
We recommend playing through the main game and clearing up the relevant parts before the release of the DLC.

A young revenant girl encountered in the Wasted World. She is actively working to halt the expansion of the Wasted World. Upon reuniting with the protagonist, she warns them to leave the Wasted World.
Free Update Ver. 2.0. Release Confirmed
We have decided to release Free Update Ver. 2.0 simultaneously with the launch of the Paid DLC Mask of Idris.
