The popular multi-ending daughter-raising simulation game, which has received Overwhelmingly Positive reviews from over 48,000 Steam players, is expanding to iOS, Android, Nintendo Switch™, and PlayStation®5 on July 30, 2026 with new content, improved translations, and additional story elements.
Volcano Princess is a multi-ending life simulation game originally released by Egg Hatcher in 2023. Set in the “Volcano Kingdom,” where tensions between humans and demons continue to escalate, players take on the role of a father who has lost his wife and must raise his daughter. Depending on how players choose to guide and nurture her, her future will change, allowing them to experience over 50 unique endings.
With this multi-platform release, Colorful Palette will take over publishing duties for the game. Ahead of its release on Thursday, July 30, the game has undergone revisions to its Japanese and English translations to provide players with a more immersive story experience, while a Traditional Chinese translation has also been newly added.
The Japanese voice cast includes an impressive lineup of talent, including Mai Nakahara, who has voiced the daughter character since the game’s original release in 2023, as well as Marina Inoue and Kento Ito. In addition to newly recorded full voice acting, players can also enjoy newly written story content, additional illustrations, and new exploration dungeons.
The Steam version of Volcano Princess, which is currently available, will also receive a free update around October 2026, with these additional contents planned to be released gradually.

Demo Version Volcano Princess Prologue Now Available!
Starting Thursday, July 16, 2026, the demo version Volcano Princess Prologue is now available, allowing players to experience the beginning of the story up until “Little Bird Day.” The demo can be enjoyed on iOS, Android, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation®5.
