Independent developer Koda Games packs the pudginess at Tokyo Game Show as Fat Goblins debuts on the show floor with zany goblin combat, with up to 32 players battling it out in a hat-stealing, castle-sieging all-out war to see who can rescue their chubby princess first (https://store.steampowered.com/app/2450350/Fat_Goblins/).

The hands-on demo at Tokyo Game Show will be available Sept 17- 21 at Hall 9, Indie Game Area, booth EB. Press, partners and fans are invited to demo the game at the show across all five days. Go head-to-head on five unique maps with every unlockable and class to try out,
including an all-new necromancer hero class debuting at TGS – get first-hand experience with the new class and show up your opponents, necromancer-style.

Fat Goblins allows one team the ability to play via the hero class at one time, and in necromancer mode, you’ll resurrect the dead goblins on the ground to create your own undead army. The mode shifts the strategic approach of Fat Goblins, blending additional real-time elements into the game and creating a unique and dynamic path to victory.

Fat Goblins combines cartoonish, action-packed capture-the-flag combat with comedic gameplay mechanics, including overly serious hat-based class changing, as you take on the role of an army of goblins fighting across medieval landscapes to rescue their royalty from the opposing team’s fortress while also trying to steal the enemy princess back to their own castle.

Packing pudge as well as punch, Fat Goblins changes classic Fat Princess gameplay up by introducing on-the-fly combat role-changing by picking up different hats on the battlefield, including warrior classes, mages and archers. Because gamers like hats.

Feed the enemy’s precious princess delicious meat to slow her army down, but don’t forget that base-building and resource management will be keys to victory as well. Chop trees to obtain wood, build up barracks, upgrade your fortress and place defenses like catapults at strategic locations to knock out your enemies.
