Capcom is proud to announce that its sci-fi action-adventure game, PRAGMATA, was awarded both Game of the Year 2026 and Best Action Game under “The Best in the Gaming Industry” category at the Thailand Game Awards 2026. The ceremony took place on the Main Stage during gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show 2026 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) in Bangkok on 1st November 2026.
As Capcom’s newest IP, PRAGMATA is a sci-fi action-adventure game set on the moon in the near future. The story follows an unlikely duo on a mission to escape a lunar station overrun with hostile robots. In this single-player title, players control both spacefarer Hugh and the enigmatic android Diana, utilizing each character’s distinct skills and abilities as they work together to hack, shoot, and overcome obstacles in search of a way back to Earth.
As Thailand’s biggest awards ceremony for games and gaming products, the Thailand Game Awards are decided by votes from gamers nationwide alongside a jury of the country’s leading gaming media. Spanning two primary divisions, “Outstanding Products for Games” and “The Best in the Gaming Industry”, PRAGMATA’s dual victories highlight its tremendous critical and commercial impact across the region.
The awards were presented on the Main Stage in front of a record-breaking crowd during the three-day event, which drew over 219,000 visitors. The enthusiastic reception underscores the strong momentum PRAGMATA has maintained among regional players, media partners, and the broader gaming community since launch.
